Official Darlington County criminal records must come from the office that created or maintains them. The contacts below separate court files, sheriff reports, detention records, statewide histories, and expungement applications so requests reach the correct government custodian.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.
