Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or location entered into a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates it. The provider processes the query and supplies its result. We do not retain or log those search terms on our systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email sent to us may be kept long enough to answer and maintain the related correspondence. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.

The content identifies where Darlington County records are held, including the sheriff, local courts, South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, and the South Carolina Public Sex Offender Registry.
